The warmer it gets, the more I find myself at the market admiring all the bright & colorful berries. This inspired me to round up these 5 yummy vegan strawberry recipes to try making. The sunshine puts me in an especially happy mood and there’s nothing I like more than channeling that positivity into creating delicious, nourishing food. So it looks like this weekend will be full of strawberry-flavored sweet treats!
This weekend, I’m planning to make these delicious vegan desserts:
- These no-bake strawberry cake bites for when you’re in a rush.
- A simple spring awakening smoothie bowl to ring in the season.
- This amazing no-bake strawberry cheesecake made with fresh berries, dates, cashew butter, etc.
- A no-churn creamy vegan strawberry ice cream with berry swirl.
- The most delicious strawberry oat crumble bars that are juicy and allergy-friendly.
